Upgrades any AddonProw added to Jenkins X if there are any new releases available

Synopsis

Upgrades the Jenkins X platform if there is a newer release

jx upgrade addons prow [flags]

Examples

  # Upgrades the Jenkins X platform
  jx upgrade addon prow

Options

      --cloud-environment-repo string      Cloud Environments Git repo (default "https://github.com/jenkins-x/cloud-environments")
      --external-dns                       Installs external-dns into the cluster. ExternalDNS manages service DNS records for your cluster, providing you've setup your domain record (default true)
  -h, --help                               help for prow
      --local-cloud-environment            Ignores default cloud-environment-repo and uses current directory 
  -n, --namespace string                   The Namespace to upgrade
      --new-knative-build-version string   The new kanative build verion that prow needs to work with (default "0.1.1")
  -s, --set string                         The Helm parameters to pass in while upgrading
  -t, --tekton                             Enables Knative Build Pipeline. Otherwise we default to use Knative Build (default true)
      --versions-dir string                The directory containing the versions repo
      --versions-ref string                Jenkins X versions Git repository reference (tag, branch, sha etc)
      --versions-repo string               Jenkins X versions Git repo (default "https://github.com/jenkins-x/jenkins-x-versions.git")

Options inherited from parent commands

  -b, --batch-mode   Runs in batch mode without prompting for user input
      --verbose      Enables verbose output. The environment variable JX_LOG_LEVEL has precedence over this flag and allows setting the logging level to any value of: panic, fatal, error, warn, info, debug, trace
